Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was notably lacking, and the room showed significant signs of wear. On the bright side, the gas fireplace and spacious layout of the unit were fantastic. However, the high price for the quality offered feels unjustified. Overall, it's a mixed bag with more downsides than upsides.
We had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel! The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, making our time there truly special. The check-in process was a bit unconventional, which may catch some off guard, but the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the Biltmore and local shops. The only downside was that some furniture showed signs of wear, but overall we felt it was a fantastic value for a family getaway.
I had a rather frustrating experience at this hotel, primarily due to numerous maintenance issues and unexpected charges. Although the place had nice decor and clean common areas, the management and upkeep left a lot to be desired. It’s unfortunate because the location was great, but the service issues really overshadowed the positives.
Staying at this boutique hotel was an excellent choice! The massive condos provided an incredible amount of space and were just a short walk from the Biltmore Village's shops and eateries. The check-in process was a bit unique, and while I appreciated the privacy, the somewhat worn furnishings in our unit could use a refresh. Overall, the location and size of the accommodations really made our stay enjoyable.
I found the hotel to have a great location and spacious units that are family-friendly, but the dated decor and noise issues dampened my overall experience. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the furnishings wasn't worth the price, and the noise from neighboring units was a significant drawback.
